As probably nobody knows i've been collecting gofast parts for ever it seems and i've finally reached the point to where I can start actually putting this thing together. I do have some set GOALS I would like to reach but ultimately i'd like to just get it moving under pressure first.
I've cheaped out on anything I think I could have and spent the money where it counts so I won't have a pile of scrap metal. Most of these parts are pretty mainstream and bullet proof from my knowledge. If i feel I can't figures something out im almost certain with the community anything can be answered. Best case scenario it starts and moves by November, but as we all know that usually never happens.
One of my main goals here since I do enjoy driving mountain roads is to create a pretty usable power band. Some of these parts reflect that as they probably won't have room to grow past 500WHP. I'm okay with that and understand what i'm getting into and hope that I create a smooth running car that I can go beat on any day of the week.
Anyways onto a few teaser pics and a semi short parts list.
50MM BOV
44MM WG
Twinscroll Bottom mount manifold
257SXE Borgwarner turbo
TRM 60LB Blow thru MAF Tune
CES ARP Cutring wombo combo
Schrick 264/254 Cams
Vac Motorsport Dual Valve springs
Fully rebuilt head
Treadstone 1035 Intercooler
Random Intercooler piping
3.5 Inch full exhaust with vibrant dual tip
FX Stage 3 clutch (Hoping i'm not disappointed)
Manuel Boost controller
Various gauges for turbo blah blah blah.
Enjoy the crappy cell phone pics, forgot to invest in a 2000$ camera.

This is not everything and the car will probably go into the shop in the next two weeks. 99% of stuff is being shipped as i type this now so i've got to pull the willpower out of my self while working 60+hrs a week as everyone seems to have to do.
Any input / tips would be great thanks a lot. Also forgot to mention i'll be replacing some wear and tear parts along the way as anyone should...
Nice man!!! This will be sweet. I'm stoked to see how that turbo does on a proper set up like yours ! That turbo is badass. F'ing 57mm will make 600...
Super smart going 3.5" exhaust right away.
Yeah, I'm really wanting to build an efficient setup, and yes a 3.5 will be loud with just one muffler but who cares.
Also forgot to add i may be able to do a back to back A/R test with the turbine housing. I've got a 1.00 and a 1.15. Not much of a difference but i'm starting with the 1.00

Yeah 3.5" isn't bad at all. But i noticed massive difference between 3.5 and 3. In terms of power and response.

Really interested in this, because I have a friend who is really pushing a BW 57mm on me and my driving style, but research and another person are whispering 62mm.
I was actually looking at this the other day when thinking about my new exhaust setup found some interesting articles supporting it

OP, Looks like a good list of parts and a sound plan. Good luck with your build.
Mod list - M50 manifold; TechniqueTuning Stg2, Apex Arc-8, ZKW euro, clear corners Mike R diffbrace, Koni Yell with HR race
X-brace UCC tranny mounts -BLK/with enforcers, powerflex rtabs, lcabs, AAfanclutch, mishimoto rad, UCC Ultra-cerametallic Clutch.
You will go through days of joy and days of sadness as the pursuit for power leads to madness...
That's the article that swayed me. I think I owe somguy a thanks for dropping that link in my thread. I went from a 3" dp back to 3.5" dp back exhaust and while I didn't dyno it, I'd be shocked if it wasn't worth 40-50whp at least.

Springs in yay.
Subscribed. Who makes the manifold, anymore pics? I would love to know exactly how much nickel and dime has been spent so far.

Rear Trailing Arm Bushing Tool Rental Available, PM me for details.
I can do a spreadsheet later on in the build as I don't have every little piece accounted for, some of my stuff is used and some of it at heavy discount. Manifold was crafted by HSVturbo. Was my frugal solution to a steed.

I'm going to make it work with ac no matter what the consequence, way to hot here.
I can't see your location on mobile but are you in NC?
Yeah Western NC, originally from NY so it's way hot to me.
Okay got my intercooler after chasing down ups... stupid signatures. Grabbed the box and it was strangely heavy, turned out to be the correct one though.
Next major piece i'm waiting on would be the cams which will be awhile. In the mean time I can start piecing it together and start some fabrication / fitment. I've not ordered any sort of piping because of this i'm not buying a whole shit load of pipes and hope they work.

Does anyone have anything against under subframe hot side, i'm trying to make this easier but if its not worth the risk ill figure it out. Any input would be helpful.
