faulty water valve

I guys,

I did a carly diagnost with carly last night and I guess I have a problem with the clima water valve, says: "short circuit to positive or open circuit water valve driver 00001A"

at the same time the engine temperature never reaches the middle, I guess it´s related with this fault, as I don´t get more faults, right?

I really need to know if low engine temperature all the time and this valve are related, besides the cool air coming from the vents.

is this urgent repair issue?

what kind of problems can come from running the car with this problem for a long time?
