    I don't have any from pics from the one I did on the flow bench but I'm sure there are others around. Hard to see how air flows from a picture. The intake port on an M20 is shit and the air tries to run right over the back of the valve an out the other side so I would try to put a decent short turn in it. To really get them to flow well they would need to be filled with epoxy.


    86 325es, 2.8L m50, S476sxe, ProEFI 128 ecu, e85, solid rear axle, TH400 trans, 28x10.5w slicks, zip ties, popsicle sticks, tape
    best time 9.06 @ 151.8 mph, best 60 foot 1.30

    Porting does NOT mean hog out the hole! If you don't know what you are doing then leave it well alone. You are likely to make it perform worse than stock and you'll have no way of knowing if the change you just made improved flow or not. Porting is science combined with experience and knowledge and dudes who know what they are doing and achieve flow AND velocity are paid good money for a reason.

    Im aware of that. Its not like I wont do a ton of reading and watching videos. Plus I have seen it at machine shops but with like mopar and chevys where u can take a lot out.
    Im not gonna go crazy, just a mild polish.

    Also, thsts why I am here, to learn.

    OK, you just included head porting in the same post as having ported inlet and exhaust manifolds - I'd assume to port match - and of course this is a totally different beast to fixing short side radius issues or a whole host of other port shortcomings. But if you are only going to polish....
