    Mine didn't make any noise in its closed case. I believe the back of it had a foam spacer on the back cover to hold it in place against the case. Haven't seen it since February cuz it's in storage lol, so I can't confirm. We move before the end of the month though so I'll see what I can do

    Where did you mount yours?

    Did you use the suction cup mount?

    I've mounted mine on the rear driver's quarter panel, the roof, the front window, etc. Never really gave me any issues.

    hahahaha someone got mirked. I usually only race for pride too but damn this guy got a huge wake up call. He will either get another car or do something drastic to his car shortly. little does he know you werent really pushing it. BTW cool to see someone out there with the same manifold and similar setup on the street doing work. Im pretty much the same but s366 turbo and precision 46mm setup 87mm s50. at your power level and weight you can take down a lot of 600whp+ cars like FBO GTRs and what not. as far as the HellCat they make about 635whp stock but if he is auto you better be able to drive damn good and start as low as you can in speed. good luck and hope to see more vids. its motivating me to get mine back in action

    Hey bud!

    I actually just ordered one of the new s366sxe turbos! So our set ups will be very similar!

    I'm looking forward to round two with meth and 600+whp.

    And for disclosure , I did redyno this set up at 18# and I made 465/418. The tiny 56mm is just out of breath. I didn't know at the time of the race, hence my very optimistic "whp guess" in the OP. But shortly after I hit the dyno.

    Sickkkk!!! im excited! also excited as my car should be back on the road soon! im jealous i just have the regular s366. lol are you 87mm or 86.5? what HG and studs are you using? youll make about 600-640whp at 20psi on a dyno jet. but thats just a hunch

    I'm 86.5 with cut ring and spacer w/ arp studs.

    Did your 366 fit on the BL without any modification? I got my trans and old turbo out the other day and the 366sxe is a bit too big. Gonna have to grind one of the ribs on the engine block down a bit. Should fit then.

    what we had to do was clock the turbo at the angle where the turbo oulet goes 90 degrees up towards the firewall and just a few mm of grinding. I have over subframe IC piping only 2 inch on the hot side tho. I have some pics somewhere i can send you. shoot me an email. vintagestatus@gmail.com I think theyre on my old laptop.

    Ls1 GTO's are the slowest LS cars around. Nobody wants an LS1 GTO except to pull the motor. Lol. The 4 speed autos are archaic as well and they weigh over 4k pounds. I remember lining up with one at the track and he couldnt get in the 13s. The LS2 and 6-speeds are the only formidable GTO's, and even then, their 4k weight is killer.
