This is how kill threads should be. Simple, to the point, easy to determine the winner by video. Nice kill.

Those are some really nice clouds. Had to focus on something else since the race was over instantly.

I was surprised to roll on him that hard, but my car seems to be faster than anyone suspects

Here is a stock one- they run mid 12's trap 111-113 from what I have seen

Good race and can't beat a nice open highway!

Makes me want one. How long have you have the 535 and has it held up reliably for the most part?

We have had an 08 535xi for 6 years and 75k miles and it has been mechanically good. Now has 105k. But if you are buying one today, you are buying it later in its life and should expect to do more work. However, the price to buy is less. Get a 2008-2010 which has the N54 motor. Twin turbo, more potential. Add a JB4 or Cobb and it will wake up nicely. Expect about 350 rwhp and 400 lbs rwtq SAE Dynojet on 93 pump, all stock other than JB4.

Man I wish 93 was somewhere locally. There used to be one sinclair station carrying it, but that closed down.

With 91, you must run a little less boost and will make a little less power. Not sure how much difference. Maybe 5%. Consider meth injection to raise the octane and to cool the air. Burger has an add on kit that works with the jb4.

I have had mine for 18 months. Paid 10k out the door. 110k miles. Zero issues (knocks on wood) and its been set on kill for the last 17.
