If you find a set of parchment head rests, let me know.

I snagged 'em. I've been waiting around for a set in parchment for so long that I just jumped at these. I'll either re-dye them parchment, or use them as inspiration to finally convert my interior to black
Don't y'all need the inserts for the seats to install these? Or are they built in to US rear seats? (Euro touring owner here, just curious)
I won't be installing these immediately, as I already have full sized sedan front headrest installed. If you run across a nice set of parchment in the next 6 months or so, let me know and maybe we can arrange a trade. I installed the sedan headrests about 5 years ago as a stop-gap while searching for correct touring headrest. 5 years ago! I haven't seen a set of parchment touring headrest in that time, so I just jumped on these.
The recess for the post is already in the foam of the seat. You need to cut two small x's into the top of the seat leather where those recess are. You then install two plastic trim grommets with metal clips. The post of the headrest go into the holes, and the rings on the posts click into the metal clips. These parts are the same as the headrest for the front seat and are the same part numbers, I believe.

After being at the post office for a week, yesterday they finally left a note on my door to come pick them up on the other side of town today. USPS really sucks in my town.
Thanks for the easy transaction Sriufke!
Those look great! And I really wish I could buy your touring for Miss Montalbon. Unfortunately, she thinks matching cars would make us look corny (which is probably true, lol.) GLWS!
They aren't the same as front headrests.
Mi snagged some grommets out of an e32 for mine iirc.
They really don't block much view imo.
my version of a midlife crisis: 20 year old spray painted, lowered BMW station wagon.
If you can't find a buyer (unlikely, I know) let me know. I'd take them off your hands.
