E83 language settings

Hi I've just bought a 2005 x3 e83 with Bluetooth and sat nav and somehow when deleting any previous paired Bluetooth devices the language has now turned to French but this only appears to be on the telephone menu (the configuration menu, radio etc is still in english) so now when I'm trying to activate a phone it states "activer le telephone" any idea how to change this back to english?

Did you ever happen to figure out how to change the language to English Bullfrog9846? I have the same issue and it’s driving me round the bend!!
