The second shoot by Mike Lee was insane. My favorite photos ever taken of all my cars. I want to find out when the publication will be out first before I post.
Rolling shots by Greggory May. He has a slick rig mounted to the back of an STI. It has working suspension and remote control to pan left/right.

Agreed.
I didnt do the suede. I did my old e34 and hated it though. Had all cars done professionally ever since. Usually runs 350-450 for headliner, pillars, parcel shelf etc.
Looks terrific!
Put in air to take up some of that wheel gap when hard parked.
Absolutely love your build! Exactly what I would do with an E38 give more free time!

Thanks, James!

That was a great article, the interview really highlighted the passion you have into this build/for the car
Thanks and I agree. I do love this car! It was cool doing an actual interview and Andrew did a great job. Kind of weird reading the transcript because I didn't think about it much when he was asking me questions on the fly. They have asked me to do some more stuff in the future too.
Here are my favorite photos from the shoot. All photos by Mike Lee.
wheels seriously make that car... outstanding

Agreed and thank you. Many thought they were too aggressive but that was just because of the color IMO. I loved the design, just needed them to be more subtle.
Read the little write up they did on your car with your interview, (it popped up on my FB Feed the other day) can't remember which publication it was. Great article.....and i've said it before AWESOME BUILD...have you decided on exhaust yet?

Also, ordering 3 sets of V band clams and having a friend do a muffler delete. This way I can easily put the stock mufflers back in any time should I choose. I thought about diverters but they are too bulky, too expensive and I have read, can be unreliable.

I installed the new smaller 92mm supercharger pulley and the new coolant reservoir. Noticeable increase in performance!
Terrible cell video
Incredible, quality build. The interior is tits also. Sorry, but did I miss what type of tuning and by who? Stand-a-lone or complete M5 computer/harness?

M5 DME/harness with ESS base tune that works fine with the 92mm pulley too. Trevor even coded my vin into the M5 DME. I will probably get it tuned eventually but for now, I have been very happy. I would imagine that there is another 25-30hp that could be squeezed out with a good tuner. I also want to look into adding an FMIC.
Easily the best build I have ever seen on here. Incredible car. I have one nit-picky question for you. It looks as though the driver side fender/hood alignment and the passenger lower headlamp trim/hood are just a bit off. (Better than all my cars) Have you looked into any sort of professional re-alignment?
Thank you and yes, it bothers me too. It's a common issue on e38's apparently but I intend to work on it when I do the LED retrofit. Attempting this as I bought X5 and 4 series lights from wrecked cars with adaptive LED.
