Thread update...Merry Christmas...my goal WAS to make an intake that performs. While the photos posted on that particular instagram account may make your eyeballs dance in your head (like visions of sugarplums) it won't do shit for performance. I sold my last two bellhousings this week and I am moving on. TGFDJT

He's tooling for both the N54 and S54.

It wouldn't be a stretch to add an S52 or M54 billet manifold flange considering they all share 91mm bore centres.

Runner length would be up to the customer so spec....

Tell us more about how this manifold WON'T perform...I'd like to know what magical manifold you want to design that's better.

1800 ish depending whether you go with a single throttle or utilize the ITB's. I don't think the throttle is included. Still in preliminary but that's ballpark from what I've heard.

Also there is a hypertune option coming to market as well...and if anyone thinks one of those doesn't perform...have fun.

Don't take the bait. That kind of stuff is what makes the internet the toilet that it is, where the only thing you need to sound like you know what you're talking about is to state it confidently, and preferably condescending.

Any word if they are interested in making an M50 fitment version?

I believe a minimum order of 5 would make it happen for the Hypertune. Unsure on the Fabfactory but you could inquire as they're very responsive via Facebook. I can't see why not.

People scoff at the cost of a good clutch, or trans, or diff, or standalone, and now we are interested in $1800 intake manifolds?

Well how many you think would actually be paying up once the intake manifolds are available? Me thinks it would be a small fraction of those " seriously" interested.

Dood. You can see the intake mani bling, but you cant see functional driveline parts. You dont understand the BF.c crowd at all yo.

I don't see how people think the manifolds above would be an improvement. Its billett, must be better!! The plenum on those is incredibly small and the feed to cylinders 1&2 will leave them starving for air.

There is room for improvement with a new manifold for sure. Most of the ones I see are going to be a downgrade over stock though.

This. Being "seriously interested" and cutting a check are worlds different .

This exactly what was going through my head this entire time.

Until your car is a max effort car (and that means multiplate clutch, big diff, big axles, real data acquisition. ect) you dont need a effing 1800$ intake manifold.

Paying 1800$ for an intake manifold that you dont need is like paying 1500$ for a 200$ 210mm diff.
