I guess I'll start checking other dealers and see if they all say the same.

I think that statement is correct, and e39 facelift steering wheel never made it onto e38, so basically they can refuse replacing it in e38 though

Your current situation is not your final destination
It was the end links. They only lasted 11k miles.

Still getting an ever so slight vibration from 60-80 after new rear tires and balance on all 4. I even got it with the M pars but those have old tires and haven't been balanced in years. The control arms all seem fine but I will likely start replacing those next. Planning on going with the spherical bearing front arms this time.
If you want the car to still feel comfortable, do powerflex instead of spherical bearings. Those are just too harsh for a street car. Have you changed wheel bearings yet? I would consider those first. As I recall, you got all new suspension arms when Trevor had it, didn't you?

Some of the arms were done. Wheel bearings isn't a bad idea, thanks for the suggestion.
I have zero complaints with the mono balls. For me I have to remember what a certain bump felt like. The only consistent feel is like the front tires have a little extra tire pressure and I'm already on 20's.

It almost never sees a rainy day. Since December of 2016, it's only been in the rain twice and once was just a drizzle.
If I were to give my Touring a first name, I'd probably name it "Alan".
Mostly because I like puns.

Agree. Recently crossed the 60k mile mark on a set of Mooseheads. No issues whatsoever. No shimmy, no shake, not harsh at all, still have not had to adjust them, alignment still dead on. IMO the urethane LCAB's actually feel harsher and of course degrade over time causing there own set of problems.
