Not personally, but I'd think you can find many of these at the engine swap forum, just below this forum on the list.

What fresh ideas do you need? Might be able to help
Look for Bikealarmblair's E46 swap thread. He looks to have the best thought-out
E46 swap.

I want to make a completely functional Daily Driving LS Swap but nothing too crazy. LS1 with the T56 tranny. I want all Bmw functions and feel but with the LS power behind.
I read that the Canbus can be a pain in the butt. Anybody have luck with that or maybe can point me too the right thread to make it all work?
I liked Bikealarmblair's E46 swap thread but he seemed to miss over steps. Im sure its hard to get everything in a single thread. its always better to be their and do it.
Im just really not looking to have a hack job of an LS swapand have wiring issues the entire time.
This has been asked and answered many times. User "Thaniel" has worked very hard on a solution. You would have to contact him for the details.
I also am looking in to this. I am currently looking at all the parts il need before undertaking this project.
You can find a list of parts and costs in the thread I referenced above.

Take a look at tweak'd performance for a harness. I know they make a plug and play kit for the ls to e46. It uses dual ecu so that way you keep everything bmw. I got them to make my harness for my 2jz e36. Its a great looking harness. Havent installed it yet but im getting close to it
Leave the factory DME in the car. Install the LS. LS ECU runs engine just run new wiring to fuel pump from LS ecu. Use the LS tacho output to go into the crank sensor input on the DME for tacho on dash (or intake cam sensor input on M3 DME). Use the BMW water temp sensor in the opposite head to the GM water temp sensor. Adapt some fittings to install the BMW oil pressure switch to the LS oil pressure switch port. This will have the dash working like stock.
On the tach approach above, this has worked for some, but I couldn't get it to work on my car. The first time I tried it, it worked for about 10 second and then never again (LS3 with E38 GM ECU)... I have a 2003 build which does have a different DME with slightly different pinouts. The others sensor do work just fine as stated above. I would also assume that you'll have some 'extra lights' lit up on the dash.

Is there any car that has not been LS swapped?
