    TPMS Transfer To New Rim

I have a 2011 328xi and I need to replace a bent rim. Can I simply transfer the TPMS - which functions fine - from the old/bent rim onto the new rim? Or do I need a new TPMS?

    Thanks!

Yes, you'll just need to have the rubber o-rings replaced and the nut torqued to the correct inch pound specs. They normally sell all of the o-rings/washers, etc. together in a bag at shops which they call "Service Packs". Normally they look like this!

Ahhh thanks pDubs! I know Discount Tire has a "TPMS Rebuild" kit they sell. I'm guessing that just includes what's necessary to transfer the TPMS to the new rim.

    Thanks for your help!
