Top won't go up or down and red light is flashing plus now truck won't open when I use button on inside

Wrong forum, and I know nothing about 645s, but my E46 vert has a lever in the trunk that modifies the compartment where the top is stored (while top is down) so that it takes up less space, i.e gives you more trunk room. So, when the top is up, say, in the winter, you can set the lever and have more trunk room. However, you then cannot lower the top, and the car won't let you try. So, you could check and see if you have this feature, and make sure lever is set so you can lower the top. Sometimes the lever can be "tripped" accidentally when moving things around in the trunk.
