Machine Shop Recommendation

I am looking to have an E30 cylinder head re-surfaced and a valve job. Who do you suggest for a machine shop? I read from a 2012 post that Ted's was recommended - are they still the best place to take a BMW head for work? Is it better for me to buy the valves and the valve guides? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I use genuine machine shop in Kailua. Great prices and never had any issues. I always get all valves and seats lapped too. -Ken

Edit: IMHO there's No need to buy valves and guides unless there's an obvious issue with them. Def. replace the seals though.
