Wire/wire loom routing and turbo heat

I have several wires within loom routed against the firewall, over the mani/turbo area and eventually into the provision to the interior. As the firewall area and especially over the turbo get very hot, was wondering if these wires will hold up to the heat, and if not, looking for recommendations how to help the situation. Was thinking of just getting some heat wrap and wrapping that whole bundle.

Fire sleeve is about the tidiest with high levels of heat protection. Its fiberglass with a silicone casing. DEI has a reflective wire sleeve that has velcro. That aluminum tube around the AC lines is pretty good and wouldnt look out of place.

    Insulate as a barrier
    Reflect to control radiant heat
    Conduction to distribute hot spots

I like shielding tape. Its a metal ribbon impregnated with an adhesive (ebay from china). Aluminum tape works in a pinch but it doesnt insulate.

Split loom dries out and cracks or just melts (at least in my experience).

I use the DEI Velcro sleeve on my wideband wires for my car. With the 2jz sing turbo I would imagine the downpipe position to be similar. I have had no issue with the sleeve. The rest of the wires are routed in the factory routing on the firewall with no issue. I also wrapped my downpipe.

Look at the starter covers, thats what I used to rap those wires. I wish they made a black version.

Are you referring to something like this?

As the width is narrow, I assume you would need multiple (possibly several) to cover a the whole length of wire? I agree, this would be a big eye sore if trying to keep a clean engine bay.

Looking at the picture..can't you run them into the DME cubby behind or via the flexible rubber where the OEM stuff goes? that is where we ran all of my wiring for my Megasquirt..we trimmed the DME cubby cover to allow for a few more wires to run into the cubby.
