    Those look great!
I ended up finding the H&R touring spring setup on a german website but if those don't suit me I'll be looking to home-brew. I'm also using the Koni adjustables so I'm interested to hear what rate matches them on which setting for you.

For anyone interested, I did rate the H&R's before installing them. Fr were around 175 lb/in (10.0" free) and the Rr were roughly 190 lb/in (12.5" free)

Can't wait to install...drooling over wrench fitment and overall outcome. Thanks for supporting the wagon crew with cool stuff Jed!

    You're welcome Rob!

The perches are finally and completely done...I think, lol. I decided to get the threaded towers anodized and while I'm at it, some branding. I also anodized the wrench so it won't rust, since it's just regular steel. Anodizing the tower will help avoid galling of the aluminum, and some extra protection for the salty road drivers. I didn't anodize the spring perch ring itself coz I really like the bling of bare aluminum.

All the orders I've received will ship out tomorrow. Thank you for those that have been patient!

Got my set and looks amazing. Jed, how do the perch adjusters lock? I dont see a compression ring to lock em in? Just weight of the car?

Also, did you sent out extra washers for me? Got a packet today from you, I think.

    Unicorn rear adjustable spring perches

    Hi Rob,

Thanks! The adjusters will stay in place with the simple weight of the car. This is how KW ST suspension works also, no lock ring.

I did send out extra washers because they didn't arrive in time of shipment. I included the large zinc washers with the kit, throw those away and use the stainless steel washers I shipped separately.

These are cool, I may just buy a set for when I finally pick up a touring. Will you be producing more down the road?

I'm was on a trip in California recently and figured that while there, If I could swing it I'd meet up with Jed for the first time.

My wife and I met with Jed and his better half (the owner of an e60 m5 btw's) and broke bread with them at Buca di Bepo in Anaheim.

What cool people, both of whom have a real passion for bmw's. GPS got us close but it wasn't till I saw the "neighborhood car show", about 7 bimmers all hudled together on the corner of their block along with the nearly full 3 car driveway complete with a front clip removed m5 begging to be put back together, that I knew I was in the right place.

Jed and his total bmw enthusiastic wife welcomed us and took us to dinner down the road. Great conversation and food. These guys are great together and hearing Jed talk about his work, its clear that we've not seen but the tip of the Unicorn iceberg.

With luck, he'll be up in my hood (Seattle) in 3 weeks where I can return their hospitality and continue to learn more about them.

I got the sense from him a desire to try and do things better because he can. He's definitely on a path he can set ablaze. I'm honored to have met yet another bimmer bro and share a passion. Thanks Jed and Mrs. Jed.

I have plenty in stock so when you're ready, just send me a PM. I'm riding on 12k rear springs now and they seem to keep the rear in place. I also recommended getting 7" tall springs. Look into Swift springs, they're awesome!

2.5" diameter. Most coilover spring options are 2.5" diameter.

Perfect. I figured, but just wanted to confirm.
What front springs are you running, please?

I still have my Ground Control coilovers up front, which uses Eibach coilover springs set up for the M5.

I've been running Jed's perches since early this year. I love them. Haven't had any issues with them coming loose or making any noise.

Would love a set of these for my 525 touring. Got any left?

Are you recommending 7”x2.5” Swift springs?

Yes i have plenty of sets in stock. Between 6”-7” tall coilover springs is the sweet spot. Definitely Swift is the way to go.
