FS LSDs $500 money back gaurantee. Also Getrag 245 5 speed conversion kit.

I was looking for a trans in storage today was amazed to find not one but three e21 LSDs. I'll double check but I assume they're all 3.91. I didn't even remember having them let alone if they are quiet or not but they all feel smooth and have oil in them. Since I can't make claims about them, I'll give a money back guarantee. I want to sell them in person only so that we can check what the oil looks like and feel the drive, hear any problems together. And, two-way shipping would add to the cost too much if I do have to do a warranty refund. $500 each, no shipping but I can deliver to Portland for free. Also, I have a core LSD (auto-cross broken ring teeth) with good clutches if you want to upgrade your LSD's lock-up rate, $150.

Also, the trans I was looking for (and didn't find) was a Getrag 242 which I can use in a track car that never sees fifth gear anyhow. That'll free up a known good, Getrag 245 with drive shaft and shifter parts included, all in good shape. This would be perfect for someone wanting to upgrade to a 5 speed who doesn't want their old trans. $500 and your trans. This trans won't be available till around September 1st.

I am interested in an LSD, but I live in Dallas. If you change your mind and are willing to ship, let me know.

Yes, I have a known good 3.91 LSD I just took out of my own car, switched to a 3.64. This one is for sure good, no bad habits, so I would be willing to ship it. Price is $800 plus shipping. I'm at 541-579-3000 if that's easier.

How do you feel about that change? I'm going from 4 to 5 speeds in mine and am concerned that 3.91 is to low for my purposes, but the 3.91 LSD diffs are much easier to find.

The 3.91 rear end was made for the 5 speeds. It's perfect. My car has a 4-speed and with a 3.91 rear end it's bouncing off the rev limiter at 104 miles an hour in 4th, 77 in third. Pulls like a tractor though! You'd have the best of both worlds with the 5-speed.

Oh, forgot to say, I'm running 225 45 13 tires on that car so I have lower gearing and top speeds because of that.

I'm very interesting in a 3.9 LSD if you decide to change your mind about shipping. I'd have it rebuilt anyway so no worries of me sending it back unless it's cracked or something ridiculous like that
