Small documentation updates.
At the point of “cleaning” things up! Tossed the car on stands for the winter. of a long list, highlights will be SSV1s going in, free-er sec 1/2/3 will be built, *hopefully* a custom air box made as well.
Most recently, gauges hav been removed and all wiring under the dash made pretty. Added a vacuum gauge and innovate wide band will be going in.

Update.
Custom headers I made are now off the car and sold! I grabbed SSV1 and began a full dual 2.5” build.

you will have to make the cross over a smaller diameter than the bank piping for it to function as it should.
That’s for the heads up, there’s a 1/4 “lip” I left in there for material to weld to!
No worries. I also fabbed one up, made the cross the diameter of the bank piping, then went to a supersprint CSL section 2, full 2.5 inch.
Hi guys I'm new to this group. I need help with some wiring doing the same swap in to my 1995 M3 going s54, do you guys have more pictures of the wiring?
I don’t have anymore photos and everything’s wrapped up / secured away. That being said using all the build threads you should be covered 100% as far as what to do and how to do it! If you have specific questions I can try to help
I am eyeball deep in wiring myself. The loss of M3forum has definitely provided me with a few dead ends. With that said, read read read. Pictures will only get you so far. There are ETMs available for the E36 and E36/7 chassis, and NewTIS is painful but does contain the necessary info for the E46 cars. PITT's thread here has a lot of good DIY info. You can do it!
Documentation of AC install.
-competed the wiring detailed a few years ago in this thread.
-replaced all the orings in the system
-vacuum checked and passed
-added 3oz of PAG46 for a top off
-36oz of Autozone R134A
Did this by renting the AC manifold gauges, a vac pump and buying a can tap (old style) and an adapter for new style cans. No issues once it was all squared away. 42° air 👌🏽

hey man, great build. ive been following for a while. in the middle of my s54 swap now. at the wiring and just have a question for you maybe you can help. finished up the wiring with a z3 can cluster. right now im trying to get a tune done but can scan my vehicle. not getting kl15 signal. ive double checked everything and cant figure it out. the car will crank but not start. currently dont have the dme coded so i know the immobiizer is preventing engine start but will it also prevent kl15? need to scan the engine to pull the tine so i can send it out but wont connect without kl15 on. any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for the reply. I realized I didn't have the round diagnostic plug wired in. In the process of doing that now. Found it might not send kl15 for diagnostic programming. Almost done wiring it. But yeah I need to pull the info from dme onto a file to send out and they send the new tune back

Yea wire the diagnostic plug but at the same time if you’re not seeing a signal now, you need to figure out why. Did you run can +/-?
Yes ran can high and low from dme to cluster. Do I need to run further can wires? Just don't have kl15 I'm hoping it's from the round diag plug not being wired in. Will have an update soon. Again thanks for the reply!

Just driving it, added usb to the console for a modern update and a multimedia pioneer deck. No supercharger yet. Building an E30 at the moment.
