So, i can go to a maximum of 30psi before i need a remap ? I think this sounds amazing considering the fact that my stock turbo gets me somewhere around 10psi ..

Just raising boost on tds diesel engines wont do much. You wont even feel the difference. You need to add fuel to make more power and that also gives you more exhaust energy to make more boost.
Both M41 and M51 engines work nice with 1,4 bar boost and a good tune. I would not use 2,5tds turbo on M41, too big and spools slow (with a tune power starts 3k rpm-> and feels like a N/A diesel at low rpm)

M41 with stock turbo + TD04-13T (turbo from 2,5tds) in compound turbo mode worked nice with 2 bar boost and the powerband was amazing for that 1,7d engine.
M51 + 11mm pump + Master Power mpr-r49 + good tune got us 291hp and 600nm from engine @ 2 bar boost. Engine was unopened with stock hg and bolts.
    M51 + 11mm pump + GT2256v + GT30 + 2 bar boost got us nice powerband and 0-100km/h time of 6.1 sec with stock rebuilt automatic transmission.
