    280/40r18 slick for track only

Hi guys, having owned an e36 318is as my daily driver for about a year now and loved all of it, so I've bought another e36 for a dedicated hillclimb car.
So far i have most of the suspension is done, just waiting on sway bars. Im hunting for an LS1 wih a T56 before i start to fabricate all the engine bay and firewall, cage, tunnel, all at once but this is a future plan.
I have almost an unlimited supply of slicks 280/40r18 and im trying to use these tyres.
My question is how many people if any have run this before? Obviously will be getting big flares but just curious to see who's fitted them. I know that i wont be able to get full steering lock and im not really worried about getting more than half of factory either.
    Regards Jack
