High mileage M3 value

What would you pay for an 2004 E46 M3 coupe, manual, in great condition, Imola red on red, very original and well maintained, but with 205K miles? I realize some people probably wouldn't even consider it at all, but for those who would, how low would it have to be priced to be worth it? Would it be impossible to sell once it has another 15 or 10k on it?

I don't have a clue as to value, but you'll find someone looking to get into a E46 M3 for cheap. The number of potential buyers is sure to be less if the mileage was lower, but look at the E36 M3s with high mileages... they sell. 205 or 230k miles, probably not much difference in appeal.

If I was looking, the car's condition and service history would be of great interest.

PPI findings are far, far greater importance than cosmetic condition - especially at that mileage.
