This is their response few months ago.
To be honest, Jordan only deals with the supercharged 540 tunes in person on the dyno, due to the time difference, I don't think we will be your best option. You should check with the following tuners:
ESS Tuning
Evolve Automotive

OP is trying to get a full M62TU S/C tune binary emailed to him, I think not many people are going to do that without some reassurance of $$$ and that it won't end up on teh innerwebz in 5 minutes.
not pointing fingers or anything but he's been given all the proper names and addresses and has been in touch w the right people so continuing to give the same names he's had all along isn't gonna help.
sorry dovlet, maybe it's unfair just because of your location, but not many tuners are gonna just email you a tune unless either they know you, or, you plunk a big chunk of cash so that they can live with it in case it just ends up copied onto all the tuner / cracker / hacker forums...

Why not just go standalone to run the engine?
yeah I think he thought of that before but was hoping to keep all OEM stuff working smoothly and just have a clean tune for what is not a complicated build. seems like it might be the best way though if no other avenue works. need to be a piggyback, OR, lose DSC and other OEM integration stuff, OR, be a fancy ECU that knows how to play nice w/ the rest of the car... some quality piggy back is probably the most practical route, even if I'm not huge fan of them...

Dovlet, I don't guess it is easy for you to get the car over to Dubai or Qatar? I would think there must be tuners in those places who could help you out. I know a car guy in Qatar, and the whole scene over there is pretty insane.

google says it's only a 31hr drive without stops. should be easy. Iran then Iraq... not like there's any, umm, 'difficulties' happening in that area at the moment.

It is most difficult to transfer my car to Dubai or Qatar. Transportation to one way will take about more that 2000$.
No one can wire a flying lead harness to bits of the engine? Yikes... That's like one step above stereo install on the level of difficulty.
I'm guessing it's the "install plus software setup and programming/tuning" that's a problem.
