Small chip, scratch rapair product

Hello, I'm searching for a product which can fill in or at least help smooth out some paint chips on the exterior of my silver 530xi; without re-painting of course.

Has anyone heard of or used a product out there which does a decent job? Maybe a tv commercial ad someone tried out or something tried from an auto parts store?
