Price for a 2009 BMW M3 sedan in 6spd manual with 62,400 miles?

Premium package and navigation. Metallic gray exterior with black leather interior. 6 speed manual which is quite rare in Florida. Never seen snow. 1 Owner. Private party sale. Clean carfax. No accidents. Garaged throughout day and night. Brake/rotor job done ~1 yr ago. Clutch never been changed. 1 year old tires. Pristine condition. Edmunds shows $25,200 for private party sale. KBB shows around $29,500. Both for Outstanding/Excellent condition. He says he has 3 offers at $25,000 which means nothing but he did state it.
    1. Do you think this is a decent price?
    2. How is the clutch life on an 2009 M3?
    3. With a future clutch change AND rod bearings change on the horizon is this still a good deal?

I think its a lot of car for $25k. The only question to me would be whether you could get a 2013 for $35k. Parts and maintenance costs are those for a $65k car so keep that in mind.

I'm in the same boat... looking for that M5. I'm not willing to pay the full 75k+ cost for a new one(ok just can't afford a new one) but i van spend 25 to 35 on a used one.... I still have alot of homework to do as I've just started this adventure....Any input would be welcomed.

Also check the rear diff bolts. they tend to pop if the car is launched a lot.
The E90 M3 in manual are pretty limited in supply since most get DCT.
