Clicking sound from fan in air vent

Yesterday i turned on my AC and i heard clicking sound from the main vent( the one facing the driver), i imediately turned it off and turned it on again after 15 mins, the sound was gone.. is this somehting i need to worry about if the sound comes back ?

I might just be the flaps inside that control where the air flow goes... mine makes a slight "click" when I switch from 'defog' to 'feet' or whatever.
