Right now we have four sign ups for OBD1 and sixteen for OBD2. Unless we get more sign-ups, the tentative plan is to start the OBD2 development (and start collecting money) winter this year, and we hope to have the system out within 2-3 months of getting the group buy payments and the test car.

Hello, guys. Got VEMS installed and running on car. I cannot understand what vanos table units are? I have m52 engine, which I suppose have simple on/off vanos. What numbers are on or off?

Maybe You could tell me where to start, so I do not get judged a lot?
Who cares man, start a thread. Someone will help. If anyone gives you s&*t or judges you, they are pathetic losers who weigh 350# and have dried BBQ sauce on their fat rolls and probably haven't seen their d**k in two years
pahahaha, thanks
If you have not posted the question on the VEMS support forum, that is a good place to start: http://www.vemssupport.com/forum/
Some of the other members who use VEMS might jump in and answer you if they have not already.
Unfortunately, my engine does not have VANOS so I have not dealt with the configuration of it and do not know how to guide you.

Flip me to OBD2 if it will speed things up

Yeah, yeah. I hear ya. When I initially jumped on the wagon the deal was hit 10 buyers and production begins. Then it was hit 20 or 25 and we'll look at starting the work this winter which means a spring release; if not later. So here I am with a car set up to run a stock ECU and no "band-aid" solution to get me by until this thing is released. So yeah, I'm out of this one and I'll get my stock dme tuned for my car so it's at least driveable.
Not a dig at Matt because the production start is out of his hands, but the dates that are being floated for production and release seem to be very loose to me. Just ask yourself if you would put all your eggs into this basket now, or get your car on the road and look into the MS3 tuning down the line. Peace out
If its in your budget, do both. Get a stock DME tune, drive/race etc, then when you have time make the 10min switch , play with the tuning. That way your not stuck rushing through the tuning, also can have fun with the turbo noise while you get it perfected.
I think that's how most of us wimps are treating it.

That's what I'm doing as well. I was to be boosting this summer but that exploded into no possible but next spring is the new goal with a built engine.
After that statement I'm waiting for a 'lol' from The Lounge.
THE TIME DRAWS NEAR!
