I know, it's more up front delay, but this should minimize the delay between when you send in your money and when you get a shiny new MSPNP Pro sent out to you.

In case you're wondering, those three would be the MSPNP Pro version for the '96-'97 Miata, the Porsche 944S MSPNP Gen 2, and an MSPNP Pro for Buick Grand Nationals. All of these are pretty far along in the development cycle - there's running and driving examples of all three MSPNPs, but they need to make it over the final production hurdles.
Take me off the list please.

OK, I have updated the OBD2 list.

It looks like we're ready to green light production on the hold down brackets as well.

Matt, is the rest of the information in the first post updated as well as far as OBDII pricing, capabilities, etc.? What about those dates listed in that first post, are those old dates? I'm on the fence for OBDII currently, just curious about a few details to push me one way or the other.

I have updated the initial post to make it more current. We actually ended up getting a couple more features onto this one than I'd initially expected. And I've added more notes about our current projected timeframe.

Any chance the V8s could get some love after this one? If I remember right there was actually a dual purpose ms adapter board going around for the m50 and m60 so i would think a lot of the leg work you already did could be carried over. I need to dig in my parts closet and confirm but I'm fairly certain it could be used for both with slight modifications. Probably wouldn't be ready in time to save me making a harness but just a thought.

I think it might be true that such a thing would also work for the '97 540 with the M62b44 and 88-pin connector M5.2 DME. It seems that in '98 the 540s went to a different DME connector with the M5.2.1 DME.

Yeah I realize the market isn't huge which is why I mentioned possibly being able to piggyback off of the existing work they already did on the obd1 setup. Just figured it never hurts to ask.

I would tentatively like to have my name on the OBD2 list. I'm not 100% sure what the next few months will be for me and my car but at this point it would make more sense to sell my MS3X and get a PNP.

We've approved a final design and have the fab shop working on them. They're due in soon.

The one you had listed is a Link PCB thats PnP, while the othe is a Megasquirt PCB thats PnP. Look at the features on a Link ECU to see which one has better features/tuning software, ect.

You can’t buy the Link, you can only put it on your wishlist. Fantasy PNP ECUs.

If this is coming to fruition with OBD2 cars.

You can put me on the list for one.

Just a little prompt for anyone is on the fence about getting on this list, DO IT!!

I've been running my MS3+MS3X setup in full sequential on my 540 turbo at up to 19psi, and the thing just runs amazingly well compared to what was feasible with the DME. So much that I took advantage of DIY's Black Friday sale -- or is it actually them taking advantage of me once a year? -- and bought another full MS3+MS3X kit, plus 6 BIP373 mod kits, and both harnesses so I can build another setup for my E36. The E36 has been great with MS41 RomRaider, but it still can't come close to matching the MS3 setup .

I kind of like building my own MegaSquirt ECUs, even though sometimes I hate it lol (and it's a bit cheaper), otherwise I probably would have been looking to take full advantage of this upcoming OBDII MSPNP. If you're on the fence, get on the list, you'll LOVE MS3 functionality.

Is the "986 262 338" OBD1 DME compatible? I heard it is the same thing as the 413 everyone seems to have
