    Me parece que en el sentido en que se usa aca, aca es mas como darle un empujoncito para arriba (que no es lo como en el cuento...que el empujoncito era por atras...)

    Tenés razón, en este caso es "empujón"... Me acabo de acordar que "bump" viene de acortar la frase "bump it up to the top" que antes se usaba en los foros.
