Tonneau cover install problem

Got my cover in the mail today, a little bit stiff going on but didn’t take long to do and looks pretty sweet. Just makes the rear end look a lot tidier. I’m not going to have the roof up much so not too concerned about putting it on and off all the time.

Looks good. It really cleans up that area with the top down. I wouldn't go without it on mine.

Put mine on for the first time today. Don’t think the PO used it any. It had been folded/stored away for a long time. Did not want to line up or fold well when cold, but leaving it out in the sun made all the difference. Went right on the second time I tried.

Good idea, especially if you can't get the buttons to latch up.

Good idea also on pre-heating in the sun (if it's shining). I really struggled installing mine and learned to buckle (fold) the left and right curves inward allowing me to bring each side forward from their initial folded back positions. The boot cover is stiff, but it will flex if you force it.

I've bought a tonneau cover on ebay. Is it possible to roll it up for packaging?

Nope, it’s too stiff. At best, the two sides fold into the center and tuck into a fabric sleeve sewn onto the underside. Just measured mine folded for you, and it’s about 41 Long x 18 wide and about 6” thick.
