Driver for Usb cable? INPA, please help

Hey guys so i finally purchased an old laptop to install everything on. As far as I know no errors so far. So now comes the time to hook up to a car. I dont think i have my cable installed correctly. It is a silver gameboy looking cable if that helps. Also came with an adaptor for obd2 to the round connector under the hood.

In need of a driver or someone to spoon feed me how to install it on windows XP.

    Thanks

Download this, double click it and install, restart, then plug in your USB. Verify in Device Manager that it installed correctly.

Hi, I dowloaded the file, installed the drivers, I can see the device as COM1 in the device manager. I can't see the car in INPA. I have Windows XP. Any suggestions?

I received pm, will answer more detail when I can.
What cable did you buy? Which INPA pack did you use?

I know this was years ago but I also need this driver. Do you still have it?
    Thanks
