    Removing ink from Leather?

I'm trying to remove some black ink stains near my seat, and on the seat belt of my 335i.

I used some soap and water, which has done very little improvement.

Heard hair spray is good? If so, which one would you recommend, or should I get something from the dealer/Walmart/autozone?

Oxi-Clean is pretty good at removing ink stains. Verify it's safe for use on your seat belt first.

Read product information. Try it out on an inconspicuous spot. Call the manufacturer of Oxi-Clean, or whatever product you buy. Google.

Leather Masters Ink Remover works great. If you have old ink stains, it may took you longer to remove them.

I have heard about ink stick. It is said to paint out stains on the leather. I have never tried it by myself but know that ink sticks are used for professional cleaning (e.g. dry-cleaning). Once my wife washed our white sofa with melamine sponge and soap, baking soda, wash powder in turns. It took her about 3 days to wash the stain away. But our sofa is made of imitation leather.

I'd try something like Megs D101 diluted to something like 10:1. Spray, agitate with a toothbrush, or something similar, wipe, repeat. Then go over it with Lexol cleaner and conditioner.
