Just missed out on one and would love a really clean one. No beaters, no rust.
Ken
Out of curiosity, how much are you willing to spend. I have a very clean example but with a tan interior. No rust, VERY clean and only 112K miles

Will keep you in mind but I want to match my e32/m60 white/blue. I found that keeping tan or beige interiors nice is just extra work.
I have tan interior. I guess. Im partly color blind. So could be beige..lol
Lucky me the older woman kept this car very clean, but my seats feel like they need some type of conditioner or something put on them to soften them up. Their cushy, but seem like they need something. Hard to describe.
Tony, if you go to a site like bmwarchiv and put in your entire VIN you can get all the options, paint and interior codes.
Most on this site like the leatherique products for cleaning and treating the seats.
If someone sees one on CL or other such listing, please pass it along. I'm sort of thinking $2500 is about right depending (of course) on condition, upgrades, current maintenance, etc. But I'm open to go up or down.....
redcab on Bimmerboard is selling his 1990 750iL. Low mileage, he sells it due to health probs, I know that guy a long time, guess he took good care http://www.bimmerboard.com/forums/posts/1259892
no idea where the location is."1990 750iL for sale. I am not sure about posting photos. The car is low mileage but it does need a new starter. I have already purchased the new starter, but I am physically unable to change it out, so it needs to go. It has had the complete front suspension replaced with Meyle or Lemforder parts, Bilstein struts, etc. Silver with dark blue leather. Very good condition, except for the starter. $3000.00.1990 750iL, 3/90 build date. 103400 miles."

Erich, I am having trouble signing into bimmerboard where I have an account.
How tough is it to change a starter?

how to remove, repair motor starter, solenoid repair
split the starter on the car, then it is easier and much less to disassemble
