Just to add an update. I bought the brackets and went to line them up to the new OEM drilled bumper carrier I bought today. The holes on the centre bracket are at least an inch off. These parts are complete pieces of shit. Just save yourself the trouble and buy OEM instead of this poorly made garbage.
Fuck these idiots making garbage parts.

    - 98 m3, techno/anthrazit cloth, 124k and officially worthless - 89 m3, alpine/black 143k and officially old - 2000 323it, tiag/grey, 169k and officially boring

So does BMW still produce these parts or are there just a finite number on a shelf somewhere in Germany that ECS orders from? Seems like a part that would have gone NLA many years ago...

BMW still produces them. Bought my splitter, and rebar at my local dealer. The parts guy was very excited when I ordered them.
On a more positive note to my last post. After lots of drilling and swearing.
