So, tell me about that trim? Reworked, or new stuff? Same question the grills, which, BTW just convinced me that after I get through with the head gasket and other mechanical on my 98 Hellrot vert that is a thing I'll be doing. Did you buy them that way from somewhere or paint them?

Are you talking about the door moldings? Those are just OEM M3 moldings. The black kidney's are Matte Black ECS ones.

The rub strips, is what I think they are called. The horizontal band that wraps around the car. So those are new ones, or old ones repainted? I'll be heading over to ECS for the grills before mine gets on the road.

I like the car, looks like it would be quite fun to attack apexes with. That front bumper however makes me want to grate cheese with it. No idea why.

Ok, so I was seriously impressed by the non-M. Beautiful vehicle. And I got a little jealous too because some details--the 2-tone door panels, suede pillars (and headliner, I'm assuming), even the blue nuts on the wheel studs--are all things I've been wanting to do on my white 328i.

But then I saw the M and my mind basically esploded. I've never seen t-v paint quite that vibrant or deep. Post more of that one!

thanks man! That is quite the compliment! It's fun having a 328 because you can do anything you want to it and nobody cares. You start modifying an m3 and you are scrutinized for every mod. It's the Best of both worlds owning both.
