I find myself taking pics all the time at various places and backdrops etc etc. Am I crazy or does anyone else do this? How about a snapshot thread of cell phone pics ?? I take so many figured a thread like that would be perfect!

Very nice write up, especially from a DIY point of view (but way beyond my capabilities). And I never thought of the Hockey Puck idea (will pick up some on my next trip to Walmart).

Here's my cell phone pic and story....I finally got around to washing my 8 last Sunday as it was another beautiful day it Cali! After 2 hours the 8 was looking miraculous again. So I put in back in the garage but I apparently I didn't back it in all the way and when my wife came home and opened the garage it took a chunk of the front nose off.

heck yeah...i still find my self going "wow" ...and snapping glamour shots every now and then. Including today...it was a nice and sunny out. Brisk but with blue skies....and had a nice drive to the office round mid day. Even took a small vid .

Thanks! I chose to open the vents (had to pay extra for this option) and I put a thin mesh screen and secured it with black silicone. I don't drive it much (and definitely not in the rain :-) ) but I do not have any issues with water going inside the engine. The way the vents are opened is on an angle towards the front windshield.

This is the only pic I have that you can see the underside of the hood.
