2014 328d xdrive wagon, $37k w/ 48k miles, is this a good deal?

Guys, I'm new to the forums and I'm also planning to get a used 2014 328dxi wagon. Asking is 37k but it has 48k miles on it. What things do I need to look out for and is the price reasonable for the mileage. Afaik it has the "M sport option and brakes, Dynamic Handling, Technology, Driver Assist & Assist plus, Harman Kardon, and Cold Weather packages.

Seems pricey. This is my area, so take this for what it's worth; But I was just looking at a '13 335i xDrive Msport pkg with 30,000miles for $36k.
