RC039 17x9 ET26. It's a rare wheel and a perfect fit on the back of my e30 cabrio with e30 M3 suspension swap.
A rep at a Wheels America shop took one look and said its not repairable, too much welding to make up the ground up part. Another place I sent pics to told me it's not repairable and asked me "What happened, World War III?" Pics below.
The center looks straight but the barrel is obviously smacked up pretty bad. Apparently the wheel went sideways up a median curb and somehow the back side lip also saw action. Don't know exactly, my son was driving the car. Poorly.

Holy crap. If wheel shops are turning you away, that might be a bad sign. Even if they were able to repair it, I don't think the structural integrity would remain after having to put so much work/force into fixing it.
Try Wheels America. They have fixed e36 wheels this bad for me.
