    2008 750li soft door close

    Hi guys I have two soft close door passenger front and rear door the soft close door you can hear the motors working but it does not pull the door in??? there is no codes maybe a broken pin?? anyone know??thanks James

    Did you ever get this fixed? I am having the same problem on front pass. door. Motor is running but will not pull the door closed.
