    *Pending route modifications*
Total distance will be over 430 miles. Decided to start up North in Ft. Collins and go South, down to Colorado City. Definitely an all day event.
I am working on, and will have a list of each road and a description and checkpoints along the way. This route is E-85 friendly for those of you who use it.
Rest/Checkpoints will be established along the route for people who want to meet and drive, or not wanting to drive the full length. Actual stop points still need to be determined.

Leave some feedback! I'd like to get some input from everyone so I can decide what days and time will be official.
What do you think? Too long/far? Would it be more ideal to travel North to South, or vice versa? Who would be down for this?

    MAP OVERVIEW
    *With descriptions under image*

    CO-165
Description: Good twisty uphill climb with technical high speed corners.
    Traffic: Low
    Surface Quality: Average-Good
    Distance: 32.9 mi

    CO-96/CO-69
Description: Fun, high speed corners exiting the mountains, transforms into wide open and very scenic.
    Traffic: Very Low-Moderate
    Surface Quality: Fair-Average
    Distance: 46.5 mi

    US-50
Description: 2-lane highway mountain passage with fast sweeping turns.
    Traffic: Moderate
    Surface Quality: Good
    Distance: 16.5 mi

    CO-9/ Teller 1
Description: One of my favorites. Very technical but fast with lots of tight areas and elevation change. This road has it all.
    Traffic: Low-Moderate
    Surface Quality: Average-Good

That's a long route, but I may be able to join in for bits.

Great to hear, spread the word! Is there any specific date that works good for you? That's what we're working on now.

Well it will definitely be on the weekend. We are currently debating Sat vs Sun. The only thing I don't like about Sunday is it's a very long day and most people might not want to do something so intense the day before Monday.

Right now we are leaning towards the first weekend of May with a backup rain date of the first weekend of June.

    Does that work?

I usually work Saturdays but could probably get one off with enough notice.

Stupid question but I own an e36 it won't be a problem for me to still go right? I'm only asking because this was originally on e90

Of course not. I'm sure we all have friends who like to drive that don't strictly have BMW's right? I'd like a Porsche some day...

Are you really planning to drive all of that in one day? About half of that route would still be an exhausting route because of the focus required with the route and traffic...

Also there will be a lot of tourist traffic near Estes Park and along some of the roads that you will have to contend with.

Regardless, a schedule with meeting/stopping points would better allow me to gauge which sections I would join in for. Maybe gas stations or places with restrooms?

Yep that is all getting worked out. I have most of the stops planned, I just need to lay out a schedule.
