Looking awesome, good work!
Love it all. Turbo placement, BOV placement. All of it.

Thanks man, I appreciate it!!
I have to pull the pan to weld the return bungs in, im on the fence about pulling the whole swap because i think i may have bent a shift fork the last day i drove the car on the spray.
I think ill just leave it and see if its an actual issue.
It should be running this coming weekend, i just need to order some materials for the down pipes and dump tubes. I have everything else.

I picked up a 98 silver 328i sedan 8 months ago that needs a head gasket. I've been trying to figure out if i should fix it, part it or swap it. After reading this thread, you've convinced me that the only proper thing to do is start gather parts for an LS swap.
"**if you suck at driving, it certainly could put you into a curb. Don't suck."
Thank you all. I should probably have the thread title changed lol.
latest update- lower rad hose is all set. Upper one I think should be all set soon with some aluminum tubing.
dump tube and down pipe material is ordered but I think I was talked into a full exhaust tonight. Might be in the budget seeming as we are way ahead of schedule.

In the mean time, here's another LS project we have been doing at the shop. Ls1 with a big cam and a sick set of heads. Car has 30k on it

LS SWAP ALL THE OBD2 CARS lol
They are hard to beat. I made 390hp/390tq on a stock truck motor with a cam. I literally bought the motor for 400$, honed it with a dewalt drill and put a cam in it. And then sprayed a 250 shot on pump gas and now I'm turboing it. Lmao

The frs will pass emissions, it's on a stock Chevy pcm. Besides, new cars are exempt for 7 years

Small update- got the radiator plumber, still waiting on the euro expansion tank brackets but that should tie up the coolant system.
also installed some new 80lb dekas, walbro 450, and aeromotive rails and regulator. Used the AC block to mount the reg. Not really track certified but good for a street car

And I'm over here procrastinating putting my 3.91 LSD back together.
I can't wait to see videos of this thing sucking the air out of toddlers lungs as it passes by.
Got the downpipes basically sorted today. Decided to just dump them in front of the front wheels. We were going to do a full exhaust, but it would have been incredibly difficult getting past the starter and merging 2 3inch pipes behind the rad would have been a huge challenge also.
full exhaust is not out of the questions, especially for the other chassis, but we thought it would be wise to focus on the rest of the setup for time being.
i shortened the drivers side to match the passenger side after looking at it in this pic, funny the things you notice in pics
