My point was stating why the fine was large.
And not true. My buddy got a red light ticket I my Tahoe. I wrote a letter of non responsibility and it was dropped. city must prove whon was driving.

Just be aware you are absolutely completely perjuring yourself by lying on that form. Perjury is a felony.
Of course in the real world sure... you'll probably get off, but personally, I'd avoid the perjury and either pay the ticket or appeal based on some other grounds. You are in fact guilty obviously.

I know in some jurisdictions they can reference the cameras to prove you were at the wheel, aka "yeah dumbass that's obviously a picture of you so stop lying and saying it was your ex-girlfriend who mysteriously disappeared last week", but in most USA places it seems like that's not admissable, oddly. I remember reading some story about how a guy skipped on a bunch of camera tickets claiming that he was out of the country and people were borrowing his car, but then somebody finally "looked at the tape" literally and he was clear as day driving the car every time. But think that was in some foreign country someplace.
Which isn't to sound like I'm a fan of more enforcement camera technology... Those things BLOW... I'm just sayin'...

Very cool. Did you notice that even without valve covers none on them were leaking oil.....BMW take note!
