There's an FRS with a Ferrari 458 engine in it. Now that's pretty cool.

There was a MKIV Supra with a BMW S38 turbocharged engine in it in Norway. The Supra community really got a kick out of it.

    Congrats!

I think started working when I was either 18 or 19. First job I ever got was through a family friend who runs multiple hotels and I was one of the receptionist for about a month. First time I ever got my pay check and I got super excited. After that I've been pretty much into indy shops to dealerships so far.

Congrats on the retirement. Nice to not have to think about what problems and BS to work on tomorrow or the next day.
I did early retirement a few years ago, loving it. Just got fed up with all of the spreadsheets, conf calls, travel, paperwork, etc.
It's now like being on vacation every day.

So now they are making M- Sport versions of M cars? Only gains are exhuast and coilovers, plus logos that say M Performance.

I disagree... Belts have lag and stretch when u first get on it... BMW used to use belts, now they use chains... There is a reason for that... There is also a reason those rarri engines don't go much more than a couple thousand miles without major work, the belt isn't it but I wouldn't say they are the best engines ever made... Efficient and sound great...

I plan on doing a road trip to Clemster's for all the interior stuff. Tons of car stuff and road trips and I've had two new job offers.

sounds like you'll be busy... But once the house is all built up, the only thing to maintain will be the yard / garden... Then you'll be out in your gardening hat enjoying your golden years

X-pipe looks like a quality piece. Is your driveshaft CV joint leaking? Your old resonator looks pretty greasy.
Bet that sucker is going to be loud....in a good way.

It's exactly how you would want it to be. It made the tone a lot deeper- muscle car rumble under 2k rpm.

Cruising rpm 2-3k is barely audible on the highway or around town... until you step on it and it just screams.

Perfect for what I wanted. Will get some sound clips.

No leaks. This time last year I overhauled the diff and all its gaskets and bushings. The input shaft was leaking enough to throw fluid everywhere and eventually have it land on the resonator.

I love how Deep my sub 2s are... There is this damn hipster (not to be confused with hippie) farmers market, that is open every Saturday morning, and happens to be on the point of my Saturday ride where my pipes start to heat up and really growl, and I always make sure to get it right and that 2000 RPM sweet spot and burble by as loud as I can while they all pretend to be green shopping at the hipster market... I did a magnaflow midpipe res / Y res delete, and headers, but I need to delet the magnaflow single bent tip muff to open it up alittle more... It's like the muffler works too well above 2.5K... That setup looks sweeet... Do u have OE exhaust mani? Or upgraded ? Nothing like the sound of some UN Equal length headers

Leo Leo Leo. Don't be like one of those E46fans bro.

It's not an exhaust covered in pink-flesh colored powder to cover blemishes and make it appear ever so slightly flushed and aroused... it's a maverick outlaw exhaust that doesn't care about the rules.
