Refreshed rear sway bay links and bushings.
Changed rear pads and wear sensor.
I need new pad sensors too... Waiting to get my e39 back from the shop for a mountain ride this weekend, then doing my Oil filter housing gasket, belt tensioner, and belt.
Carbon wrapped some worn parts. Currently trying to fix my rear window wiper. for some reason it stalls halfway when it goes back into the start position.
Replaced a fuse for the cigarette lighter and made a DIY tutorial video on how to replace it yourself. I love this car!
I know its easy, but I went 6 months without doing this myself. Get it done

Dropped the top and got some sun, and made appointment for next week to have oil filter housing gasket, belt and belt tensioner and idler pulley, pad wear sensor, and trans service
Shift shaft seal & Flex disc.
Brought it in to have the passenger airbag replaced as part of that massive recall of airbags--not just BMW--killing people with metal fragments. I'm waiting for the parts to come in for the driver side. $0, of course, but still a PIA, because I had to drive 50 miles to the only BMW dealer in Vermont--took about 45 minutes to do the job. Dealer treated me like a king, but I had to laugh--they gave it a complimentary wash which left it dirtier than when I brought it in. I was just happy they didn't come back to me with something to report.

Lots and lots and lots of cars of different makes affected.
Rotated tires at 4k--they still look brand new despite all those twisties! Michelin Premier A/S 205/45/17 V-rated, in case you were wondering.
Today, I tore out the sound dampening material under the hood, because it was deteriorating and getting paticles everywhere. I think I'm just going to leave it off--I'll enjoy a little more engine noise, and it might even speed heat transfer out of the engine bay (wishful thinking, I know). At any rate, I can't see spending a hundred bucks for that crap.
I replaced the regulator in my driver's door a month ago, and now I have to change the one in the front, passenger door. It's a very common problem with E46s. Fortunately, it's cheap and easy to fix (probably why it fails, too).
Got myself an OBD2 dongle to scan the system for fault codes. No clue if it works yet though...still need to find the proper software. apparently it doesn't work with my iPhone so looking for windows 7 applications or android apps (like torque)
Dropped the 330 off at Indy for oil filter housing to engine block gasket replace, new belt tensioner, new idler pulley, new belt, transmission service, vanos hose, MAYBE lower oil pan if it's leaking, I've had one ready to put on for a while, but you know how that goes, if you have a spare part waiting, the original part will never break... lol, I guess that is part of Murphy's Law?
let me guess... You bought an ELM327 mini blutooth dongle? I did at least, it sucks... Only works with my android tablet and not my iPhone and even then only certain software, and slow and extremely buffered data... Worth every penny of the 5$ it costed tho, I've seen them sell for as much as 25$ for the same sweatshop garbage...
