Well now it means I absolutely have to get a 348 now. The more people hate on a car, the more I want it. Like after I read about all the reliability issues that Range Rovers had, I went and bought one. I also bought one of the least liked Mustangs out there (96 SN-95 GT with the 2V Modular).
For what it's worth, I prefer the looks of the 348 to the 355. Also, the 355 wasn't exactly reliable either— it had the bronze valve issues, the headers melted, it still needed the engine-out services, and the early F1 systems were total garbage.
And no old Ferrari will ever be as fast as a newer car, that's pretty obvious. You don't buy a Ferrari for absolute speed, you buy it for the design and the analog driving feel. The newer ones have lost that, they're too comfortable and well-built. The inherent crappiness of old Ferraris is part of the charm to me.

Obviously they're going to be slow. But analog =/= good driving feel. Inherent crappiness, to me, is just bad design. It's why I, personally, would far prefer a Porsche to an Alfa.
None of those 90s Ferraris are all that reliable. The V12s are tougher, but still relatively fragile.

Police order to remove my e38 parts car off of my property, so if anyone needs parts, hit me up. I still have a little bit of e39 stuff lying around as well.

Basically it's an eyesore. Which pisses me off, because it's on our property, which is farmland in Wisconsin. There's an 60 acre field to the left and rear of us, and a pond and woods to the right. We have one neighbor within 3/4 of a mile, and he doesn't give a darn. It's just some bored police officer being a word I can't say on the forum.

That's all manner of fornication in an upward direction..
Eyesore be damned. Unless it's posing a direct public danger that excrement wouldn't commit aviation of any sort over here.
The ONLY exception is if you're part of a body corporate or HOA, and even then it's not a police matter. If it's on a public road, then they can order you to move it or tow it for you.

Your current situation is not your final destination
Looks like it's already in the US, it's in Massachusetts. And even if it was a Canadian-spec car, I doubt you'd have too much trouble since the 2003 M5's were roughly the same all around.

You saw that it is individual right? And speaking of that I'd say there will be high interest on it this Friday.
