I’d say that’s a bit high for 17’s with no tires. 800 bucks can get you quite a few decent set of rims

My formerly-owned 2003 540i/6 M-Sport sold on Bring a Trailer for $7300, which is pretty impressive considering it has 219k miles on it. Now I'm thinking I should list my 215k mile X5 4.6is on there and see what happens.

That car is a lot more reliable than any low mileage auto M-Tech. Infact, I was very close bidding on it but I retained myself from bidding on it. No need off owning 3 E39s.

A bit high imo, also you would need spacers if you intend to put them on an e39

I think the worst part is that they went through the trouble of building a widebody, but it looks like they didn't widen the track at all! I mean look at how much the wheels are set in from the fenders!

Man, that car is just so half-assed. The bumpers look wavy (probably cheap PP replicas), the widebody is done awfully, the tires are tiny (225's all around, really?), and the interior just looks awful with that exterior color. I can't believe it has multiple bids...

This is right around the cheapest synthetic oil out there, oil changes are maintenance, if you were pampering it, you'd put in RP or some other oil with negligible differences

Also, who the hell swaps a 528i with an M62. I can imagine that was way more expensive than just buying a 540i. I see one of two situations. A) there's gonna be lots of wiring and electrical issues down the road, or B) there's an aftermarket ECU, and no one will be able to pass emissions

That's craigslist in a nutshell, but usually (not always) the cars are junk and 1/2 the photos have a thumb in them
