    E36 6 speed swap parts for sale

    Hey all, I recently swapped my ZF 5 speed back in. All of the Getrag 6 speed swap parts with the exception of the drive shaft have a little under 2100 miles on them.

    Shift linkage:
    (SOLD) OE 6 speed selector rod(NLA item,not shown in picture)-25112228055
    (SOLD) OE 6 speed shifter arm(NLA item)-25112227893
    OE shift lever -25117527255
    (SOLD) OE Shifter bushing
    (SOLD) Rein Shifter ball bushing

    (SOLD) OE 6 speed transmission carrier(NLA item)-23702227892

    OE clutch slave cylinder(should fit any e36 with getrag transmission)-21521159045

    Custom Stage 4 Southbend Clutch kit purchased from Jordan @Technica Motorsport(pressure plate, clutch disk, TOB, alignment tool) also please note clutch is specific for this application. To be used with getrag 6 speed and e36 m3 single mass flywheel

    (SOLD) Auto M3 drive shaft

    I'm interested in everything maybe minus the clutch. Pm me a price shipped! I'd be interested in the clutch too but "stage 4" sounds heavy and like overkill.

    Honestly, clutch wasn't as bad as you think as a daily. Once i got used to the engagement and the heavier feel, didn't bother me at all. Car was going to be boosted, which is why I got a clutch that can handle ~570 ft/lb of torque.

    I'm thinking about converting my e36 over to a 6 spd, why did you decide to go back to 5 gears?

    Transmission failed on me. As much I wanted to keep the 6 speed, going back to 5 speed was the better option, financially.

    It was nice having a 6th gear tho. Especially with my 3.38 diff. 6th gear, 70 mph, ~2600 rpm.

    I think the picture can help describe the best. Also the input shaft bearings were rolling around in the bell housing. I removed the bellhousing and trashed the rest of the trans

    Well that sucks. I would have paid a few sheckles for the core, even one like that.

    BTW, the usual cause of that is swapping the front case half without setting the bearing preloads. Yeah yeah, people swap the cases and get away with it... sometimes.

    Are you willing to part out some of this setup? I only need what is required for the 6 speed on the linkage side and would be interested in the front half of the driveshaft. Please let me know when you can, as I have someone waiting for me to buy the 6 speed trans haha.

    Bump! All that's left is the clutch kit, clutch slave cylinder, and shift lever!
