60 psi base. Mine were the HP pumps that relieved at 120 or something. I flow tested them at 100 psi but don't remember the numbers. At 14.6 volts the pressure would drop like 5 or 10 psi with the injectors held open static for a short pulse. No pump I've ever tested flows what it should after going through lines and a filter and rail, ect... My VE drops off quickly above 7k so it was leanest at about 7000. I ran for a good while making drag pulls where the duty cycle was 100% for the majority of the pass lol. Finally put bigger pumps and 2200's in it. I'm also a 2.8L

Idk man ‘yolo’ aside, I’m not here much but have been following your build for some time and perhaps it’s time to wait for the injectors and pump(s)

The local 800hp+ cars will still be around in a couple months to beat on when the real cheese starts coming in and I want your motor to be too!!

Personally my biggest fear is blowing something up while messing with a Mustang GT, 335i etc (my league lol) and then I’m just “that guy in that old broken car” on the side of the road.

Okay guys issue here. Pulled my turbo today to replace the hardware and t4 gasket. A while back my scavenge pump failed and oil poured out of the center section. It got between the center section and the exhaust housing and cooked itself and essentially glued the center section to the turbine housing. I cannot separate the turbine housing.. any suggestions?

A lot of turbos seem to have the center section stuck to the turbine housing, even after a relatively short period of use.

    Mine snugged up one time.
Little wisdom and elbow grease cocked it loose.

Finally got that stupid whore apart.
Will anti seize prevent this from happening again? Not sure how anti seize will like the temps of that turbine housing, but I don't want to have to deal with this again

I cannot fit a bigger turbo.
I ground the shit out of the block AND the compressor cover and it BARELY fits. I can barely get a piece of printer paper folded in half to fit between the block and compressor cover. My only option, which I have and am considering, is to see if my cover can be milled out a bit and get the 69mm compressor wheel. Hell, maybe even a 70 or 71mm wheel. I don't know how much material can safely be removed from the 366 cover though..

I thought that the 366 shared the same cover casting as the 369? You'd just have to mirror your modifications on the new cover.....

You'd definitely have an issue with an S400.....which would be the step above 69mm from Airworks.

I'm not sure how Precision would match up size wise....

I'm sticking with Borg man. I'm sold. This s366sxe has changed my life lol. Its been an amazing turbo; cant beat it for $750 shipped brand new.
If the 369 shares the same cover dimensions, I could use it and modify it. But I'm not really in a financial position to drop the money on another turbo yet.

For what it's worth, I'm kind of in the same boat.

I would like to have access to more airflow than the GTX40 can deliver....and have looked at the GTX42...but don't know if it will fit....

With the way the 66mm spools, I would look for a larger hot side turbine housing or some other means to increase exhaust flow. It would be interesting to get the exhaust back pressure on your set up to get a baseline. Maybe it isn't a problem, but if your at a 2:1 ratio, your killing HP.

So since I had to take so much material off the cover it finally shit itself.
Now I've called a local shop that builds custom borgs to see if they have a smaller cover they can mill out for my 66.

If not, I'm going to need to look for another turbo. Any suggestions on a turbo that has a smaller compressor cover that will make at least 800whp? Does one exist?
