Any good upgrades to wimpy horn for 2011 X5D?

I just bought beautiful used 2011 LCI X5 Diesel and the horn is about as loud as something I had on my bicycle growing up. I was wondering if anyone has upgraded their horn to a PIAA or hella product? And of so, how difficult is the install and does anyone have a diagram of the location of the horn. Thanks in advance.
