    Tools the E34 group needs

Let's hear what tools the E34 section needs the most. Im willing to build at my own cost any tools the E34 group needs and the tools can be shared free of charge for shipping. Have at it.

I think these are just tools to be made to be circulated among the group. If that is the case here are some of the tools I can think of that would benefit the members here.

There's a gun building group that does this. I recommend doing what they do and requiring a deposit. We all mean well, but things happen and stuff will get lost.

S38/M30 crank and flywheel locking tools. Ready to send deposits for those.

A special wrench for the M60 engine mount top bolts would make that job super easy - and what M60 doesn't need engine mounts?

Are you talking about the big wrench or something different? I have the M30 crank tool if you'd like to borrow it.

I have a crank holder tool. Glad to let others use it, but I loaned it out and haven't gotten it back yet. At least I know who has it. Gimme an address and I'll press him to send it to you.

RTAB tool would be tricky unless you have a press.

It would be something like a socket that sits on the nut, with a neck on it that drops down below the engine mount bracket and then does a 90 degree bend with a handle on the end. Make sense? Probably not haha.

The crank tool that holds the pulley so you can get the jesus bolt off? That is what I will end up needing if the front timing chain covers are leaking on the S38, which I think they are.

Never used it but our rear trailing arm bushing are metal clad and it took a 10 ton press and a BFH to pop mine and every other set I've done free. I don't see a screw type press working.

    Rear subframe bush tool
    Rear Diff bushes tool
    Crank holder tool
Door handle outer trim release tool (changing outer rubber seals)
Manual flywheel holding tool (clutch changes)
More HP to my M30 tool!

I used the Baum RTAB tool. It worked on 3 of the 4 with ease—then the bolt broke. Now my car pulls to the left!!! I can send it to you if you need a template to "improve" upon.

M60 jesus bolt tool. And definitely a tool for the top motor mount nuts.
