BMW*ISTA cannot work

pic 1 & pic 2 shows that ISTA/ ISID manager can work.

pic 1:

ISTA/ P ISSS failed to connection, and when ISTA/ P ISSS started, it turned to pic 3 & pic 4.

the buttons on the bottom right cannot be clicked, and it failed to connection.
i tried many times, the power finally was added.

then ISTA/ P ISSS started... i waited for more than 30 minutes... but cannot go on.
so i click the cross on the top right to close the interface, but something wrong with ＩＳＴＡ/Ｐｈａ- you can that at the bottom.

anyone can help me?
